BRANDS

PingZe, as a new Chinese furniture brand, roots in Chines traditions but is never confined to them. Its founder and chief designer, Mr. Fu Junmin, who gives airy and meaningful traits to its works, is an advocate of a serene yet elegant lifestyle.

For years he has been dedicated to classic furniture design. He is good at introducing traditional aestheticism to modern life conception and rebuilding oriental aesthetics in a self-reflecting manner. He believes that, since design serves as a language, a designer’s original intention of creation is Signifier, and a user’s individual interpretation is Signified, thus being able to easily reach multi-dimensional dialogue spaces.

BRAND FOUNDER

As intonations of Chinese words in poetry Ping and Ze produce rhythm in alternative reoccurrence and further verbal rhythmic beauty in language. For Chinese imaginative writers Ping and Ze  mean poetry; for designers, they mean line-based graceful movements, or in other words a philosophical way they see life.

Traditional oriental aesthetics emphasizes the virtual and the real, while modern Western arts advocate geometric aestheticism. When the two schools meet in furniture design and get melted into each other, a sense of spirit will seem to possess every table, chair, bed, cabinet or whatever.  A combination of such items will look like a serene painting or dynamic poetry. PingZe brand is devoted to lending a vivid cultural appeal to furniture and enriching our living environment with wisdom.
